Timor-Leste Standard scaffolding net
Description
Product Introduction
Material: Typically made by punching low-carbon steel plates of grade Q235, with frames mostly constructed by welding square tubes.
Process: Steel plate punching → Frame welding → Complete galvanizing + powder coating for corrosion protection
Common specifications: Mesh panel sizes are primarily 1 m × 2 m, 1.2 m × 1.8 m, and 1.5 m × 2 m; mesh openings are typically round, square, or diamond-shaped, with uniform aperture dimensions; mesh thickness ranges from 0.4 to 0.8 mm for the mesh panel and 1.0 to 2.0 mm for the frame.
Appearance: Common colors include blue, green, and gray; the panel surface is flat and the mesh openings are well-ventilated, with excellent overall rigidity.
Product Advantages
Enhanced security protection: Made entirely of metal, this mesh is more robust than traditional nylon close-mesh netting—it is less prone to tearing and puncture from debris—effectively preventing personnel, tools, and construction waste from falling.
Fireproof and flame-retardant: Steel plates are non-combustible, so they will not ignite during on-site welding and cutting operations, significantly reducing the risk of construction-related fires.
Durable and reusable: Double anti-corrosion treatment—zinc coating on the surface plus powder coating—ensures resistance to sun and rain, prevents rust and deformation, allows for multiple reuses, and offers better cost-effectiveness than single-use close-mesh netting.
Windbreak and dust suppression, enhancing the construction site’s image: The mesh ventilation design prevents wind from being trapped, thereby reducing aerodynamic drag; at the same time, it effectively blocks dust and enhances the building’s façade, resulting in a cleaner and more civilized construction site.
Simple installation and wide applicability: Standard dimensions and modular design allow for direct attachment to the scaffolding frame, making it suitable for construction on the vast majority of high-rise residential projects, resettlement housing, and office buildings.
High cost-effectiveness: With a moderate price and sufficient strength, this is currently the most commonly used economical scaffolding safety net for high-rise construction.
