Product Introduction

The overarching principles for selecting transparent sound barrier materials are: excellent noise-reduction performance, structural safety and reliability, cost-effectiveness of materials, low installation costs, durability, long service life, aesthetic harmony with the surrounding landscape, and an elegant, visually appealing appearance.

Product Features

1. Frame: Made of anodized aluminum alloy, it features lightweight construction, high strength, corrosion resistance, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

2. Excellent light transmittance: The transparent sections typically use polycarbonate sheets (also known as PC sheets), which boast a light transmittance of over 85%, comparable to that of glass. These sheets are colorless and transparent, heat-resistant, impact-resistant, flame-retardant, have a high refractive index, exhibit excellent processability, and combine rigidity with toughness, while also offering outstanding dimensional stability.

3. Polycarbonate sheets exhibit low water absorption, minimal dimensional change under humid conditions, and excellent heat resistance, allowing for long-term use at temperatures as high as 130°C. They also demonstrate outstanding cold resistance, remaining resistant to embrittlement even at -180°C.
